Alicia Malone

Alicia completed the FilmStruck hiring process in 2015. Robert Osborne and Ben Mankiewicz's introductions were recorded by Malone for the purpose of practicing saying them in front of cameras prior to her TCM broadcast channel hosting audition. After appearing in an interview in the race for a Turner Classic Movies host position in 2017, the channel offered her a job after the audition. Malone spoke about the struggles that females face in the film industry in two separate TEDx session.
